From Two Guests To A Full Coach

Rates are built around the vehicle chosen and the group size, so start there. Executive and first-class sedans accommodate up to 2 guests and full-size SUVs accommodate 6 or 7 depending on whether the second row has captain's chairs or a bench seat. Mercedes-Benz Sprinters accommodate up to 14 passengers, minibuses approximately 22 to 27, shuttle buses up to 37 and full-size motor coaches up to 56. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, and luggage capacity varies with passenger count, so confirm both numbers when requesting a quote. What The Vehicle Rules Allow

Alcohol consumption is prohibited by law except on vehicles with a divider between the driver and passengers, such as the stretch limo, so the tasting itself happens at the winery. Smoking is not permitted in some of our vehicles, so please ask before you pay for the reservation, and standing through the sunroof is illegal. Booking, Deposit And Gratuity

You can request a quote through this website, use our online booking form, or call our reservations team at (415) 643-6666. A 50% deposit is generally required to secure the vehicle and confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due by the service date, and all reservations require a credit card on file even if you are asked to pay via Zelle. AAA Limo accepts major credit cards and Zelle, and a 3% processing fee may apply to credit-card payments. Standard gratuity is typically 20% and may be included in an all-inclusive price or listed separately on the quote.

Cancellation Notice

Cancellations on sedans and SUVs accommodating up to 7 passengers generally require at least 24 hours' notice, and hourly sedan and SUV reservations generally require 48 hours' notice. Reservations for vans, Sprinters and buses accommodating 8 or more passengers generally require at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations made with the required notice are subject to a 10% nonrefundable processing fee, and cancellations made after the applicable deadline may be charged in full.
