Choosing A Vehicle For Your Tasting Group

Group size decides the vehicle. Executive and first-class sedans accommodate up to 2 passengers and full-size SUVs accommodate 6 or 7 depending on whether the second row has captain's chairs or a bench seat, while Coach, Executive and Limo Mercedes-Benz Sprinters accommodate up to 14 passengers, minibuses approximately 22 to 27 and shuttle buses up to 37. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity, and luggage capacity varies with passenger count, so confirm the number of passengers and the amount of luggage when requesting a quote.

Drinking On Board

This is the question we are asked most, and the answer is set by law rather than preference: alcohol consumption is prohibited except on vehicles with a divider between the driver and passengers, such as the stretch limo. How Time And Gratuity Are Billed

On a reservation booked as hourly service, your time starts at the scheduled pickup time, so being late for your own pickup does not itself incur an extra charge, but any extension beyond the scheduled drop-off time is billed and overtime is charged in one-hour increments. On trips that are not booked hourly, additional stops carry a charge that depends on the distance from the original route and the duration of the stop. Standard gratuity is typically 20%, and depending on the reservation it may be included in an all-inclusive price or listed separately; your written quote and confirmation will clearly show which applies.

Deposit, Notice And Cancellation

A 50% deposit is generally required to secure the vehicle and confirm the reservation, with the remaining balance due by the service date, and we recommend booking as early as possible for high-demand dates. Cancellations on sedans and SUVs accommodating up to 7 passengers generally require at least 24 hours' notice, hourly sedan and SUV reservations 48 hours' notice, and vans, Sprinters and buses accommodating 8 or more passengers at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations made with the required notice are subject to a 10% nonrefundable processing fee.
