Terms Of Rental

By paying this invoice you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $500.00 for each carpet, seat burn, vehicle interior damage or vomit.

Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law except on vehicles with a divider between the driver and passengers such as the stretch limo.

The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on trip and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

Any fines resulting from the passengers’ behavior, activities or instructions will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the trip without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the clients).

It is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our vehicles, please ask before you pay for the reservation.

Overtime pay will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Overtime is charged in 1-hour increments for hourly services.

AAA Limo is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.).

All reservations require a credit card on file even if you are requested to pay via Zelle (for some last minute reservations we might ask for payment via Zelle).

Cancellation Policy

For vehicles accommodating up to 7 passengers (Sedans & SUVs), a 10% cancellation processing fee of the total reservation amount will be charged if you notify us via email at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. If the notice is given less than 24 hours before the pickup time, the full charge, including all fees and gratuities, will apply. For hourly reservations, a 48-hour notice is required. A 1-week notice is required during large events, concerts, etc.

For vehicles accommodating 8 or more passengers (Vans, Buses, and Stretch Limos), a 10% cancellation processing fee of the total reservation amount will be charged if you notify us via email at least 14 days before the scheduled pickup time. If the notice is given less than 14 days before the pickup time, the full charge, including all fees and gratuities, will apply. A 1-month notice is required during large events, concerts, etc.

Reservations starting outside the state of California (nationwide or international) require a minimum of 72 hours’ cancellation notice instead of 24 hours for 7 passengers or less vehicles and 21 days for 8 passengers or more vehicles.

Any changes made to your booking after the cancellation period has expired, which result in a shorter trip, will not alter the total amount charged for your original reservation. Any remaining time or unused portion of the booking will be considered forfeited and non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any adjustments or credits for unused time.

A 10% cancellation processing fee of the total reservation amount will be charged on all cancellations with at least 24 hours’ notice for Sedans or SUVs and at least 14 days’ notice for all other vehicles; otherwise, the full charge, including all fees and gratuities, will apply. No exceptions (except event reservations: 1 week for Sedans & SUVs and 1 month for larger vehicles).

Please note: Prices for reservations outside of California (nationwide or international) may differ from those shown on our online booking system. We kindly ask that you contact us directly to confirm accurate pricing before booking.

AAA Limo is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

If you're late for your pickup, additional charges may apply in certain situations:

Airport pickups: For domestic flights, we offer 30 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands, and 60 minutes for international flights. After this period, extra charges may apply for each additional minute, depending on the type of vehicle booked.

Non-Airport pickups: We provide 10 minutes of free waiting time. After this, additional charges may apply for each extra minute, depending on the type of vehicle booked.

Hourly service: No extra charges will be incurred if you are late for your pickup, as your time starts at the scheduled pickup time, but you will have to pay for the extension of your trip beyond the scheduled drop off time.

Extra Stops: For non-hourly trips, additional charges will apply for extra stops. The fee will depend on the distance from the original route and the duration of the stop.

Transportation to and from Events/Concerts

Please note that if you select the pickup and drop-off option (instead of hourly service), the driver will not remain with you during the event and may have other trips scheduled in between. Therefore, do not leave any personal belongings in the vehicle.

For pickup after the event, be aware that some walking may be required, as street closures and heavy traffic are common. You may need to walk to meet your driver at a designated location. To avoid this, we recommend booking hourly service and purchasing a parking permit for the vehicle, if available.

Affiliate Vehicle Use

In the event that one of our vehicles is unavailable due to scheduling conflicts, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to assign an affiliate vehicle to fulfill your reservation. Any affiliate vehicle provided will be of the same or higher standard in terms of make, model, year, and passenger capacity as the vehicle originally booked, ensuring that the quality and comfort of your experience are not compromised.

Balances to be paid in full before the start time. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

All cancellations are subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE 10% processing fee of the total amount of each reservation as soon as you pay for the reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.
