AAA Limo Services Inc., doing business as AAALIMO (“AAALIMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect information when you visit AAALIMO.com, request a quote, contact us, create an account, make a reservation or use our chauffeured transportation services.

This policy applies to information collected through our website and through related communications with AAALIMO, including telephone calls, email, text messages and transportation-service requests.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with AAALIMO, we may collect the following categories of information.

Contact and identification information

This may include:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Telephone or mobile number
• Company or organization
• Billing contact information
• Account information
• Information about another passenger when a reservation is made on that person’s behalf

Trip and transportation information

This may include:

• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Airports, hotels, venues and intermediate stops
• Date and time of service
• Flight information
• Number of passengers and amount of luggage
• Requested vehicle type
• Route, schedule and service frequency
• Corporate, employee-shuttle or group-transportation requirements
• Accessibility or Meet and Greet requests
• Special instructions and other information included in a quote or reservation

Trip information may reveal a person’s location or travel plans. We use this information only as reasonably necessary to quote, arrange, provide and support requested transportation services and for the other purposes described in this policy.

Payment and transaction information

When you make a reservation, payment information may be collected and processed through LimoAnywhere or a payment processor made available through the booking platform.

AAALIMO may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, transaction date, amount paid, payment method and limited card details. Full payment-card information should not be entered into AAALIMO’s general contact, quote or employee-shuttle forms.

Where identity verification, a credit-card authorization or other supporting documentation is required, we may collect the information reasonably necessary to verify and process the reservation.

Communications

We collect information you provide when you:

• Submit a contact, quote or employee-shuttle form
• Email, telephone, text or message AAALIMO
• Request customer support
• Provide trip instructions
• Respond to a survey or review request
• Communicate about a reservation, payment, cancellation, complaint or lost item

Website and device information

When you use our website, we and our service providers may automatically receive information such as:

• Internet Protocol address
• Browser and device type
• Operating system
• Referring and exit pages
• Pages viewed and links selected
• Date and time of access
• Approximate geographic location derived from an IP address
• Cookie identifiers and similar technical information
• Website-performance, security and interaction data

Our security systems may temporarily process a hashed form of an IP address and timestamps to prevent spam, abuse and excessive form submissions. Submitted form content is not stored in the rate-limiting record.

• From a person, company, travel coordinator or event organizer making arrangements on your behalf
• Through AAALIMO’s native website forms
• Through our Elfsight quote form
• Through the LimoAnywhere online reservation system

• From chauffeurs, transportation affiliates and service partners involved in providing requested transportation
• From publicly available or business sources when permitted by law

3. How We Use Information

AAALIMO may use information to:

• Prepare and respond to quote requests
• Create, confirm and manage reservations
• Arrange pickups, routes, schedules and vehicle assignments
• Communicate trip and passenger information to assigned chauffeurs and transportation providers
• Monitor flights and coordinate airport transportation
• Provide Meet and Greet or other requested services
• Process payments, deposits, refunds and billing
• Create and administer customer or corporate accounts
• Respond to questions, changes, cancellations and customer-service requests
• Send confirmations, receipts, chauffeur information and service-status communications
• Follow up on a quote or transportation request
• Prevent fraud, spam, misuse and security incidents
• Maintain business, accounting, insurance and legal records
• Enforce our Terms of Rental and other agreements
• Improve our website, forms, transportation services and customer experience
• Measure website traffic and service performance
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Protect the safety, rights and property of passengers, chauffeurs, AAALIMO and others

If you provide a mobile number, we may call or text you regarding a quote, reservation or requested transportation service. Marketing communications will be sent only when permitted by law or when you have provided the required consent. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing transportation services.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe instructions in the message. You may opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. Service-related communications may still be sent when necessary to manage an active request or reservation.

4. Website Forms and Booking Providers

Native AAALIMO forms

Information submitted through AAALIMO’s Contact and Employee Shuttle forms is transmitted to AAALIMO so that our team can respond. These forms are protected using measures such as field validation, honeypot spam detection and rate limiting.

These submissions are not automatically saved in Apollo, LimoAnywhere or another customer relationship management database unless AAALIMO separately implements and discloses such an integration.

Elfsight quote form

The quote form displayed on our Rates page is provided by Elfsight. Information submitted through that form is transmitted to and processed by Elfsight and is made available to AAALIMO according to our Elfsight account configuration.

Elfsight’s handling of information is also governed by the Elfsight Privacy Policy.

LimoAnywhere reservations

Our online booking experience is provided through LimoAnywhere and may be displayed inside AAALIMO.com or opened on the book.mylimobiz.com domain.

Information entered into the LimoAnywhere booking system is transmitted directly to LimoAnywhere and its supporting service providers. AAALIMO can access reservation information through its business account to provide and administer transportation services.

LimoAnywhere’s handling of information is governed by the LimoAnywhere Privacy Policy.

Payment technology made available through the booking system may be operated by separate payment processors, such as Stripe or Square, depending on the payment method and system configuration. Those providers process payment information under their respective privacy policies.

5. Cookies, Analytics and Embedded Services

AAALIMO.com uses or may load cookies, tags and similar technologies that support:

• Website operation and security
• Online reservations
• Form functionality
• Traffic and performance measurement
• Spam prevention
• Maps and location features
• Embedded reviews and other website content

The website uses Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage website tags. Google services may receive technical information such as IP address, device information, page interactions and approximate location. Google’s practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Google reCAPTCHA may be used to protect forms from spam and automated abuse. Its operation is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Elfsight widgets may collect technical and interaction data needed to display quote forms, reviews or other embedded content.

LimoAnywhere and its supporting providers may use cookies and similar technologies required to display and operate the booking system.

You can control many cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies or scripts may prevent quote, review, map or booking features from working correctly.

6. How We Disclose Information

AAALIMO may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary:

Chauffeurs and transportation providers

We may provide passenger names, telephone numbers, pickup and destination information, schedules, flight details and service instructions to assigned chauffeurs, vehicle operators and transportation affiliates.

When transportation is arranged through an affiliate outside the San Francisco Bay Area or internationally, information may be provided to the affiliate responsible for fulfilling the requested service.

Technology and business-service providers

We may disclose information to companies that provide services such as:

• Website hosting and security
• Email and communications
• Online forms
• Reservation management
• Payment processing
• Analytics and performance measurement
• Maps and location services
• Customer support
• Accounting, insurance or professional services

These providers receive information only for the purposes of providing their services or as otherwise permitted by law.

AAALIMO does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

8. Data Retention

AAALIMO retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to:

• Complete and administer requested transportation
• Maintain reservation and customer-service records
• Meet accounting, tax, insurance and reporting requirements
• Resolve disputes, chargebacks, claims or complaints
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Enforce agreements
• Comply with legal obligations

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the nature of the service, legal requirements and operational needs.

Security and rate-limiting records are generally retained for a shorter period than reservation and business records. Marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to records needed to document and honor the request.

Our service providers maintain information according to their own retention policies and our applicable account settings. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it, subject to backup cycles and legal requirements.

9. Information Security

AAALIMO uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure.

However, no website, email system, internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card details, passwords, passport information or other unnecessary sensitive information through a general contact or quote form. When additional documentation is required for a reservation, follow the submission instructions provided by AAALIMO.

10. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and which privacy laws apply, you may have the right to request that AAALIMO:

• Confirm whether we process your personal information
• Provide access to categories or specific pieces of personal information
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete certain personal information
• Provide a portable copy of certain information
• Explain the purposes for which information is used
• Identify categories of recipients receiving information
• Opt you out of the sale or sharing of personal information
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information
• Stop sending marketing communications

Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will use verification information only to process the request.

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by law. We may request documentation showing the agent’s authority and may verify the request directly with you.

You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right. Certain information may be retained or excluded from a request when permitted or required by law, including information needed to complete a transaction, prevent fraud, maintain security or comply with legal obligations.

11. Third-Party Websites and Services

AAALIMO.com contains links to or embedded features from third parties, including booking, payment, map, review, messaging and social-media providers.

AAALIMO does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties. When you interact directly with a third-party service, its privacy policy and terms govern its handling of your information.

12. International and Affiliate Transportation

AAALIMO may coordinate transportation through affiliates in other states or countries. When you request such transportation, your reservation and trip information may be transferred to and processed by a provider in the location where service will be performed.

Privacy and data-protection laws in that location may differ from those in your state or country. We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to coordinate and provide the requested service.

13. Children’s Privacy

AAALIMO’s website and online booking services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

A parent, guardian, school, company or other responsible adult may arrange transportation involving minors. The adult making the reservation is responsible for providing the information and authorization required for the service.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact booking@aaalimo.com.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, providers or legal obligations.

When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of the policy. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or another appropriate method.
